Women & Youth
Leadership Institute

We are two people who share the vision of a healed, healthy, and safe world for our children to thrive in. A world where each individual can think and work for the greater good, not for what is good for them.
A world where women are empowered, uplifted, and are equal societal partners. A world where women live in safe, sustainable environments. A world of equal opportunities where our youth can innovate, serve, and trust their community because their community trusts them. And finally, a world where we willingly acknowledge our duties and responsibilities to make the world a better place.
We strongly believe that we have an obligation to promote a solid public understanding of democratic principles, especially among women and youth.

If we are very serious about creating people with accountability, structure, and discipline, NOW IS THE TIME to prepare women and youth for the 2030 vision of Sustainable Development. This all starts with programs like the Women and Youth Leadership Program that adopt a micro-perspective approach to fulfilling the 2030 agenda for sustainable development. The outcome of the courses meets many of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, especially SDG4, SDG5, SDG8, SDG11, SDG12, SDG16, and SDG17.

Academics

21ST Century Skills

In today’s world, traditional educational systems are ill-suited to equip people to work and live in a knowledge economy.
The global knowledge economy is transforming the demands of the labor market throughout the world. Equipping people to deal with these demands requires a new model of education and training, a model of lifelong learning.
Job roles have become less narrowly defined, requiring more problem-solving and intra- and inter-team communication as well as good communication skills including resolving conflicts.

Small Changes Become Viral

The larger portion of the workforce today consists of Millennials and Gen Z who are yearning for better opportunities in life. This can only be achieved by learning Skills for Life courses, especially leadership and communication.
Gen Zs and Millennials are prioritizing and driving change in the workplace and are up for the challenges of the new world.
